Positano is a small village on the Amalfi Coast near to Naples. As with all weddings in Italy the only licensed places are the town halls. Although this sounds uninspiring the open plan balcony which looks over the coast is surely one of the most beautiful sites for a wedding service in all of Europe. A popular way for couples to get married here is to hire a villa and have caterers come to the villa for a great private function. A very relaxed way to get married with nothing to organize except perhaps a minibus to the town hall and back again to the villa for a reception with the amazing Italy cuisine of the area. A beautiful option for a wedding with little hassle, a good chance of fine weather and great food and drink – certainly an option for a couple wanting a relaxed and private wedding day.
