Last weekend I was very lucky to do some wedding photography in Cornwall. For the last month or so I have been traveling about mainly in Hertfordshire with 5 weddings in the county so it was great this week to be a little more local and be photographing a wedding in Cornwall. The site of the venue was on a hill opposite the seaside town of Rock on the other side of the river. As well as photographing the wedding in the Marquee we were in the church at St Merryn as well which was lovely.
This weeks wedding was as the last couple a bit patchy with rain. The planning day really helps to ultilise the most of the day. Me and the groom Allistar had spent a bit of time the day before working out our options and I really feel this helped us get the most from the day. It is always good having a list of things that need to be done and basic times and then other bits can be filled in around.
I have put through as normal a selection of some of my favs I have as always picked some of the less mainstream and art based ones from the full selection the couple have (760+ final produced pics) , below is my fav 60 or so. The couple Annika and Allistar have over 700 more to look through when they are back from honeymoon. As always trying to shoot pictures with a twist of artistic documentary and recording the moments in a way using my cameras to try to be a bit different but also tell the story of the day. It would have been nice not to have rained in the evening but they had a fab day and I wish them all the luck in the world in their future
